Returns & Exchanges Policy

Exchanges:

• We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
• The product must be unused and unopened to be eligible for an exchange.

Final Sale – No Returns:

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any items under any circumstances, including opened or used products.

Defective Products:

• If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at lins.labx@gmail.com.
• We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the defective item.
• Once we receive the returned product, we will ship you a replacement.
